Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Market Data, Reference Data, or Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly Fixed Income and Credit data.
• Hands-on experience with market data providers such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE Data, S&P.
• Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data mapping, data analysis, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance, data-quality controls, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
• Manage reference data standards, data governance, and data-quality processes.
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and issue resolution.
• Work with technical teams to improve data integration, automation, and data management workflows.
• Coordinate with market data vendors and manage data sourced from external providers.
• Perform data mapping, analysis, and root-cause investigations to resolve data-related issues.
• Guide and mentor team members while ensuring delivery quality and project standards.
• Support data management initiatives across asset management and investment operations.
