Center for Energy and Environment is seeking a Senior Market Analyst in Minneapolis. You will join the Market Transformation team to collect, clean, and analyze market and energy data, build models, and forecast technology adoption and energy savings.

The role reports to the Sr Manager of Market Transformation Regulatory Policy and Forecasting. Hybrid work requires 1–2 days in the Minneapolis office, with opportunities to contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and decarbonization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in quantitative/energy/market analysis and forecasting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain analytical models to forecast energy savings and market trends.
• Communicate findings and provide decision-support across teams.
