Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 21 hours of accounting with business degree.
• Proficient in general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations; GAAP familiarity.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Strong data management and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal/external partners.
• Proactive, self-directed, and deadline-focused.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Settle crude purchases/sales and related costs; prepare invoices and wire payments.
• Perform month-end closing and reconcile GL/AR/AP.
• Prepare cash forecasts for Treasury.
• Record monthly journal entries for AR, AP, cash, brokers, etc.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with reporting teams and SAP/Power BI data.
• Prepare PBCs for audits and tax filings with Singapore IRA.
• Provide guidance to team and develop desk procedures.
