Qualifications

• 10+ years automotive maintenance experience.
• 10+ years Toyopuc PLC troubleshooting and logic update experience.
• 3+ years Omron PLC experience.
• 10+ years technical training experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Train new and experienced team members through classroom and OJT training.
• Develop training plans and technical curriculum for new technologies.
• Perform online/offline robot programming and PLC troubleshooting.
• Support Toyopuc and Omron PLC programming, troubleshooting, and logic updates.
• Verify new equipment meets standards and performs as intended.
• Prepare and validate Body equipment at vendor locations.
• Support equipment installation, setup, trials, and production startup.
