Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer in Alabama to design, develop, and implement test processes and equipment for high-volume production.

You will create automated test scripts, evaluate manufacturability, interpret results, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with design, engineering and production teams. The role focuses on maintaining robust test methods, monitoring parameters, and ensuring efficient testing across products and production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement the processes, tools, and procedures used for testing in manufacturing.
• Create automated test scripts and execute test plans on products, manufacturing methods, and equipment.
• Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and testability, identifying problems early in the design process before manufacturing begins.
• Interpret and analyze results and suggest corrective action plans.
• Monitor the initial configuration and manufacturing parameters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, process, quality, and production teams to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency.
