Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production, integration, and manufacturing engineering

Qualifications

4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in manufacturing, hardware, or high-tech industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and strategy.
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Identify passive and active candidates for hardware manufacturing roles.
Engage candidates with tailored messaging and communicate Anduril's mission and impact.
Build and maintain pipelines for production engineering roles.
Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing with role requirements and production needs.
Analyze metrics to refine sourcing strategies and workflows.
