Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in manufacturing, quality engineering or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading manufacturing/factory quality organizations or teams in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, nonconformance handling, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory quality performance for the Gloucester factory and drive improvements in DMRs, scrap and NCs.
• Own MRRT and factory quality escalation with effective risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Oversee on-site Metrology organization including measurement-system governance and calibration.
