Qualifications

• 2+ years (Engineer) or 5+ years (Senior Engineer) in medical device manufacturing quality is required.
• Experience in high volume manufacturing environments (1000+ units per month).
• Proven experience with manufacturing process improvements and managing vendor issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive or support manufacturing quality objectives, product performance, and compliance.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and lean quality initiatives.
• Investigate nonconformances, process issues, and customer complaints.
