Job summary

The role emphasizes adherence to technical requirements, safety, quality, and cost objectives, with lean continuous improvement as a core focus. Travel and DoD clearance readiness are required, with on-site leadership responsibilities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline and 11+ years of manufacturing/engineering prototype support experience.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, cable components, harness fabrication, and prototype builds.
• Strong leadership, planning, scheduling, and cost control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead cable harness and PWA builds to meet technical and financial objectives.
• Act as primary contact for manufacturing/prototyping design activities and review schedules.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance across operations.
• Apply lean principles and continuous improvement to manufacturing processes.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment and materials.
