Job summary

Motif Neurotech in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations to lead our medical device manufacturing and operations functions onsite. You will guide supply chain, inventory, and multi-lab activities while partnering with engineering to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in medical devices with cGMP, and a strong track record in team leadership and ERP/QMS systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in medical device manufacturing and cGMP.
• 2+ years hiring/managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine processes to support high quality medical devices.
• Improve handling of equipment, calibration, maintenance, inventory, and records.
• Work with engineering to validate and implement new processes.
• Partner with engineering to identify and evaluate new processes.
• Lead risk assessments (pFMEA) and monitor build quality.
• Own the process validation strategy across the product lifecycle.
