Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to install, maintain, and repair complex equipment and systems. You will work from schematics and layouts and assist in product fabrication and development as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical/controls, coordinating with engineers, documenting actions, and ensuring ISO/GMP compliance while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience; 3-5 years for Associate's.
• Analytical trouble shooting; read technical drawings/prints; technical writing.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and communication skills.

Job Description:

3RD SHIFT. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a wide range of functions such as installation, maintenance andrepair of equipment and systems. This position will handle complex technical work including electrical, controlsand other advanced manufacturing technologies. Daily work will includes working from schematics, drawings,layouts or other specifications to locate and diagnose trouble in the equipment as well as assists in the installationof production and development equipment and machinery

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. 1. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: QualityManagement Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and DrugAdministration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatoryrequirements.
2. 2. Performs complex troubleshooting and repairs, including electrical and controls. May use CAD software andassist with blueprints and tool design.
3. 3. Modifies existing equipment or processes to improve operation. Works in cooperation with manufacturingengineers and may participate in other production and assembly duties to ensure manufacturing floor flow. Maydo research in partnership with Development.
4. 4. Leads mechanical maintenance including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, service and repairs toproduction equipment.
5. 5. Develops and executes testing methods and/or interpret drawing and specifications. May write technicaltroubleshooting documentation for inner department use.
6. 6. Assist manufacturing engineers in the qualification, debugging, and repair of equipment.
7. 7. Ensures appropriate functionality, and operation of semi-automated systems.
8. 8. Acts as the liaison and point of contact for service contractors and vendors.
9. 9. Responsible for communicating status of investigation activities to appropriate department stakeholders.
10. 10. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or processparameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues.
11. 11. Designs, recommends, assembles and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication,research and development or analysis and testing.
12. 12. May train peers on technical repairs, maintenance, and set-up of production equipment.
13. 13. Contributes to the development and compliance of ISO and GMP quality system.
14. 14. Documents tasks, PM results and or corrective actions in CMMS.
15. 15. Performs other functions as required.

Schedule

3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am Sunday-Thursday

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in related engineering field preferred.

Minimum Experience: 5-7 year experience; 3-5 year experience (Associate's).

Specialized Knowledge: Analytical Trouble Shooting. Ability to read technical drawings/prints. Technical writing skills. Strong mechanical/technical aptitude. Computer skills as required.

Special Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.

Other: Provide overtime coverage for alternate shifts or weekends as required.

Salary $28.61- $41.96 ($24.88- $36.49 base plus 15% shift differential for 3rd shift)
