Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with progressively responsible roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, manufacturing systems, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing analysis of manufacturing processes to improve profitability and product quality.
• Identify and implement capital improvements to support operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data within manufacturing and inventory control systems.
• Review and interpret customer quality requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align practices and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain CNC programs for various machines.
