Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading the specification, development, and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, equipment, and process flows.
• Experience collaborating with design teams early in the hardware lifecycle to implement design for manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Influence product definition and architecture with early design for manufacturing engagement.
• Develop manufacturing processes and fixtures with partners through prototyping and validation.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, flexibility, and scalability via workflow, space, capacity, and layout planning.
• Identify, investigate, and integrate new manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Manage cross-functional programs with global teams and contract manufacturers to ensure factory readiness and delivery.
