Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment (Pharma/Medical Device/CPG).
• Solid understanding of GMP environments, data integrity, change control procedures, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of managing capital projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to packaging lines to minimize downtime and handle equipment constraints.
• Drive improvements in asset productivity, reduce waste, and improve yields through data analysis.
• Lead CAPA/RCA activities with cross-functional teams to address root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Evaluate and justify new packaging equipment and automation to modernize operations and increase capacity.
• Manage capital expenditure projects from design through installation and commissioning, including vendor coordination and FAT/SAT.
