Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing methods and validate equipment, ensuring cost, quality, and timing targets are met. You will work on machine layouts, validation plans, and cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, and production teams.

The role requires BS in Engineering (MS a plus) and 3–4 years of related experience, with strong exposure to CNC, SAP/Windchill, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 3–4 years of related experience with BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Install and validate equipment (URS, FDS, IQ/OQ/PQ, VRA).
• Perform cleaning validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Plan machine layouts for optimal efficiency in plant facilities.
• Lead capital projects with cost tracking and spend monitoring.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods and processes for parts and assemblies.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and determine tooling needs for new or existing lines.
• Interface with Design Eng, Quality Eng, Production, Tool & Die, and Maintenance.
• Create process maps, PFMEA, MSA and other risk analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and robust validation activities.
