Job summary

Carrier is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production processes and equipment in Minnesota. Responsibilities include improving assembly methods, developing process documentation, and collaborating across teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an electro-mechanical environment. Knowledge of CAD software and Lean Manufacturing practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working in electro-mechanical assembly/test environment.
• Experience designing and/or building test fixtures.
• Working knowledge of software (C, Lab View, or Visual Basic) and ability to make minor modifications.

Responsibilities

• Improve production equipment, tools, and processes.
• Develop and document process maps and assembly instructions.
• Provide technical support to ensure product specifications are met.
• Coordinate production of print verification units.
• Support for Continuous Improvement & Lean projects.
