Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery Company is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO, to lead technical operations in their Assembly, Inspection, and Packaging plant. The role involves optimizing processes for pharmaceutical products and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience including strong skills in inspection and packaging of sterile injectables. A competitive salary and performance bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a Senior Engineer or equivalent role.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of inspection, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and lead capital improvement projects.
