Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and programming, and robotics/automation.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; willingness to extend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own production line performance, monitoring KPIs such as OEE, scrap, cycle time, and downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, PFMEA updates, and standard work development.
• Manage capital projects, from justification and budgeting to installation, commissioning, and operator training.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues using structured problem‑solving (8D, DMAIC, root cause analysis).
