  • Lead problem-solving activities with Stamping, Body Shop, Paint, General Assembly, suppliers, and outside partners to resolve process and quality issues.
  • Support corrective actions for customer dissatisfaction concerns affecting GCA, DRR, DRL, and other quality performance indicators.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners and present planned maintenance items, open issues, and improvement plans to leadership.
  • Promote a safe work environment while supporting ISO, GMS, TIP, documentation, calibration, and standard work requirements.
Your Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or currently pursuing an Engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Body Shop tooling, manufacturing dimensional processes, or related manufacturing engineering support.
  • Demonstrated experience with Fanuc robotic systems, process troubleshooting, and automation support in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to anticipate needs and drive issues to closure.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication across trades, production, engineering, vendors, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate priorities, and make sound decisions within established procedures and company guidelines.
  • Extensive ISO knowledge and experience supporting GMS principles and continuous improvement activities.
