• 10 to 12 years of Medical Device manufacturing experience (atleast 2 to 3 years of Client experience is preferred)
• Very strong experience in process development & process characterization
• Good experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Good experience in test method development & validation
• Good experience in PFMEA
• Good knowledge in data analysis thru Minitab
• Good communication skills (collaboration with cross functional team) & mentoring skills (self driven & guiding the junior engineers)
