Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Duration: 1 Year+
Location: Milpitas, CA

Responsibilities:

• Exercise knowledge of technical skills and understanding of the business objectives, manufacturing operations, and dynamics of the company’s environment to take an effective and proactive leadership role in a specific technical manufacturing discipline. Set direction for, lead, and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks that may involve multiple inter-coordinating elements.
• Anticipate and identify key issues, making recommendations for resolution where precedent may not exist, requiring creative thinking and application of new methods and approaches, considering impacts on other system components.
• Engage with peers and mentors through project reviews to confirm approach rationale and verification/validation activities.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Electrical, Software, Mechanical, or related fields, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an engineering discipline or advanced education.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry with system integration and capital equipment is preferred.
