Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer/Mechanical Engineer to design weld and assembly tooling and to plan efficient manufacturing processes. You will create and update SOPs, perform time studies, and lead lean initiatives while coordinating with customers to ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes 3D CAD proficiency, process optimization, and standardization to improve throughput and reduce costs across multiple work streams.

Qualifications

• Experience with weld tooling/templates and its parts/components.
• 3D CAD skills in SolidWorks, Creo and CATIA.
• Design & implementation of weld and assembly tooling.
• Assembly process planning.
• Creating & updating SOPs, CN and DOU the process.
• Lean manufacturing principles and cost reduction focus.
• 5S line support for line implementation.
