Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate cost accounting for products and inventory valuation; set standard costs.
• Monthly analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and absorption.
• Process AP invoices with cost coding; review for cost savings.
• Process sales invoices (electronic).
• Process AR cash collections.
• Monthly GL account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly close, journal entries.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare data for year-end audit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
