Titan International in Clinton, TN seeks a Sr. Cost Accountant to analyze costs, support budgeting, and drive cost efficiencies across manufacturing and supply chain. You will partner with operations, finance, and engineering to ensure accurate cost reporting, inventory valuation, and financial planning. A CPA/CMA is preferred and ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze standard costs, inventory transactions, and manufacturing variances to ensure accurate product costing and financial reporting.
• Perform month-end close activities, including cost allocations, inventory reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain cost, inventory, margin, and profitability reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing cost analysis and manufacturing insights.
• Coordinate and support cycle counts, physical inventories, and audit requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and efficiencies across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Review BOMs, labor routings, and overhead rates to maintain accurate standard costs.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to evaluate performance and drive profitability initiatives.
• Assist with capital project analysis, inventory management initiatives, and other ad hoc financial analyses.
