Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in North Carolina seeks a seasoned manufacturing professional to lead and execute processing steps for bulk drug substance production in a 24/7 facility. You will support the supervisor, participate in commissioning, qualification, and transfer activities, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strict cGMP compliance.

Expect shift work, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a record of ensuring safety and quality in high-pressure bioprocess

Qualifications

• 8+ years of life sciences manufacturing experience with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of life sciences manufacturing experience with an Associate's Degree.
• 4+ years of life sciences manufacturing experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Equivalent Military Experience recognized for manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing processing steps and related activities.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and transfer of manufacturing processes.
• Assist supervisor with shift coverage, safety, and training of staff.
