Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Analyst III at Fort Belvoir, VA to lead manpower studies and force management initiatives for INSCOM, G-3 FM. The role supports mission-critical analysis, data validation, and documentation to ensure optimal performance of EAC intelligence units.

Responsibilities include executing the five-phase workload process, training MSCs for BSPs, and coordinating with INSCOM and HQDA taskings while maintaining thorough reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workload analysis, force management, organizational structure analysis, or related roles (at least 2 years recent).
• Bachelor's degree or additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower studies and force management initiatives.
• Execute the full five-phase manpower requirements determination process per AR 570-4.
• Train MSCs in Baseline Submission Packets (BSPs).
• Collect, validate, and analyze data; develop reports and recommendations.
• Assist in Change Management Plans (CMPs), CPLAN products, and TAA documentation.
• Validate TDA/MTOE authorizations and develop POAMs.
• Draft OPORDs/FRAGOs and monitor 4610-R requests and BOIPs.
• Coordinate and manage INSCOM/HQDA taskings; maintain trackers and rosters.
• Support task orders, SOPs, and briefings; oversee contractor performance.
