F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a senior security leader to oversee PlatSec initiatives and guide a team of security engineers in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

You will collaborate with Global Leadership and Product Management to shape certifications, architectures, and security programs. You will mentor engineers, drive strategic vision, engage with customers to resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with the company's ethics and security standards across projects and teams.

Competenze

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years managing a security focused team of engineers

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the evaluation and execution of current and future security and certification projects within F5 PlatSec Hyderabad/Bangalore.

• Knowledge and experience with Product security initiatives – including federal certifications, security architectures, and vulnerability management.
• Experience building and leading a team of Security Engineers
