• Previous experience developing or deploying new workflows or processes inside an existing organization.
• Entrepreneurial interest or experience.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news.

Job Description

MS NOW is looking for a Senior Managing Producerwho will take on the challenge of leading our operational needs for weekend programs and implementing a robust training, recruitment, and retention program for our team members. This unique role offers thechance to flex your leadership in building, training and retaining a team to win live, breaking and enterprise news on Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader with business and people skills with a portfolio of training and recruiting efforts to support the entire MS NOW organization. Candidates should have experience with show and editorial leadership and a deep interest in newsroom workflows, processes and people management.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000, bonus eligible
