Mercer Advisors is seeking an Analyst to join the Wealth Solutions team, an early-career role designed for 2–4 years out of school. We are seeking a sharp, intellectually curious Analyst to join the Wealth Solutions team. This role is designed for an early-career professional — ideally 2-4 years out of school — who has developed strong analytical and modeling skills in a demanding environment such as private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a data-driven operating company. You are someone who doesn't just build models and dashboards — you ask "so what?", surface the insight, and translate it into a clear recommendation that moves the business forward. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership. You will work across client analytics, revenue performance, and operational effectiveness — helping the Wealth Solutions team make smarter, faster decisions on behalf of our advisors and the families they serve.
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet client and business deadlines.
This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. This role involves routine sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs. Travel may be necessary.

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
Base Pay Range $127,500 — $150,000 USD
