You will run engagements from kickoff to final report, build client relationships, and shape the firm’s valuation capabilities through leadership and thoughtfulness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership track and deeper analysis.
• Credentials like ASA/ABV/CFA are highly valued for this role.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities across multiple methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Run valuation engagements for tax, financial reporting, M&A due diligence, litigation, strategic planning, and shareholder matters.
• Manage scope, staffing, budgets, and deadlines across multiple projects at once.
• Build and review income, market, and asset-based models, reports, and exhibits to ensure high quality.
• Explain findings clearly to clients and stakeholders, and address issues proactively.
• Grow your people by delegating, coaching, and giving effective feedback.
• Build a collaborative, accountable team that proactively raises issues and delivers.
• Support career development conversations with practice leadership.
• Grow the practice by developing trusted client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Run valuation engagements for tax, financial reporting, M&A due diligence, litigation, strategic planning, and shareholder matters

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• ASA, ABV, CFA, or similar credential
• 5 to 8 years of valuation and corporate finance experience, including leading complex engagements
• Hands-on experience across DCF, guideline public company and transaction, excess earnings, relief-from-royalty, and other core methodologies
• A track record of reviewing work and supervising and mentoring teams
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A positive, client-first attitude and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
