Job description

Hugel Aesthetics is a fast-growing leader in the medical aesthetics industry, bringing innovative injectable and skin-care solutions to the Aesthetics market across the United States. We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered organizations.

Founded in 2001, Hugel is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.

Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.

Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together. As we scale our commercial footprint, we're building a sales organization defined by hunger, excellence, and relentless customer focus.

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, US Professional Education will lead the strategy, development, and execution of HCP peer-to-peer (P2P) educational initiatives designed to build clinical confidence, strengthen product knowledge, and drive adoption across the Hugel Aesthetics portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Communications and Professional Relations, this individual will have primary responsibility for the development and operational management of the Speaker Bureau, including speaker identification, onboarding, training, and ongoing faculty engagement, as well as the planning and execution of live educational programs, webinars, speaker training meetings, and advisory boards.

Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Compliance, the Senior Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and impactful educational experiences that support commercial objectives. The role will also help cultivate and engage a diverse network of national, regional, and emerging healthcare professional thought leaders, translating clinical expertise and real-world experience into meaningful peer-to-peer education that supports product trial, adoption, and long-term utilization.

What You’ll Do

Peer-to-Peer Educational Strategy & Execution

  • Lead strategic planning, development, execution, and optimization of national, regional, and local P2P educational programs.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including program planning, speaker coordination, field collaboration, logistics, vendor oversight, budget management, and post-program evaluation.
  • Develop and manage an integrated calendar of live and virtual programs, including speaker-led dinners, webinars, and other HCP educational initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align educational programming with regional priorities and opportunities to build clinical confidence and support appropriate product trial and adoption.
  • Own the Speaker Bureau, including faculty identification, selection, contracting, onboarding, utilization planning, documentation, and compliant engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a tiered faculty roster of national, regional, local, and emerging HCP speakers, with defined development and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate faculty assignments and evaluate speaker performance, educational effectiveness, and utilization in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Senior Director on strategic KOL alignment while independently managing Speaker Bureau operations and faculty activation.

Speaker Training & Educational Content

  • Lead speaker training programs, including initial onboarding, certification, annual refreshers, new-data updates, and training meetings.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Compliance to ensure educational content is clinically accurate, current, and consistent with applicable promotional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and external partners to develop and update speaker resources, webinar content, training materials, and program tools.
  • Drive awareness, enrollment, engagement, and utilization of HCP educational offerings and, where applicable, the digital education platform.

Program Performance, Budget & Operations

  • Own professional education program budgets, forecasts, vendor and agency relationships, contracting workflows, and execution timelines.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, including program completion, attendance, engagement, speaker training and certification, faculty utilization, participant feedback, and budget performance.
  • Evaluate educational effectiveness and, where reliable data are available, program-level trends in product trial and adoption; recommend improvements to program design and investment allocation.
  • Equip and communicate with field teams on available programs, speaker nomination processes, scheduling, and program follow-up.

Advisory Board, Congress & Partnership Support

  • Partner with the Senior Director to support HCP advisory boards, including advisor coordination, meeting planning, content preparation, logistics, and synthesis of actionable insights.
  • Support educational initiatives at national and regional congresses, including speaker programs, educational sessions, and faculty coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director on medical society and industry association partnerships, supporting execution of relevant educational initiatives.
