Job Summary
As the Senior Manager of Treasury & Capital Markets, you will serve as the primary architect of BMG Money’s liquidity and funding infrastructure. This role sits at the critical intersection of Corporate Treasury (cash, bank relationships, and risk) and Capital Markets (credit analytics, warehouse facility management, and investor reporting). Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing our capital structure, ensuring rigorous covenant compliance, and providing the data-driven insights necessary to scale our unsecured consumer lending platform.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts.
- Build a disciplined culture focused on data integrity, technical precision, and proactive risk management.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of borrowing bases, including loan tape preparation, eligibility tracking, and concentration limit monitoring.
- Act as the primary technical lead for warehouse lenders and forward flow partners, managing recurring reporting and "diligence-ready" data requests.
- Monitor all debt facilities, ensuring 100% accuracy in covenant tracking, trigger monitoring, and timely principal/interest repayments.
- Identify and mitigate exposures related to interest rate volatility and liquidity crunches.
Operational Standards
- Oversee daily cash positioning and manage the investment of excess cash in alignment with company risk policies.
- Establish robust internal controls, audit trails, and SOPs for all treasury processes to ensure "no surprises" during external audits or lender exams.
- Cultivate relationships with financial institutions to optimize banking services, negotiate fees, and maintain trust with debt partners.
- Serve as the "connective tissue" between Credit, Data/BI, Accounting, and Legal to ensure seamless delivery of financial deliverables.
- Build and maintain credit performance models (vintage/cohort views, roll rates, and charge-off tracking) to quantify impact on portfolio cash flows.
- Develop high-fidelity, short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts that integrate loan disbursement trends and collection cycles.
- Develop decision-ready models to simulate how underwriting changes or macroeconomic shifts impact WALA/WAM, liquidity, and investor confidence.
- Translate complex portfolio performance drivers into actionable insights for the Executive Leadership team.
Required Skills/Abilities

- Excel: Advanced modeling skills (sensitivity tables, structured auditability).
- TMS/BI: Experience with Treasury Management Systems and Looker/Tableau.

- At least 3+ years of experience in the Fintech or Specialty Finance sector (unsecured consumer lending preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or CFA highly preferred.
Physical Requirements

- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
