Job summary

Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory to lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across industries from our Orange County office.

You will identify and resolve complex transaction risks, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff while engaging in business development and delivering high-quality insights.

Applicants should have a CPA, 8+ years at a Big Four or national firm, and strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• CPA certification is required; CFA or similar desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience with a Big Four or national firm, incl. 5 years in financial due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for clients.
• Identify and resolve complex transaction risks and issues.
• Prepare and review reports and related analysis and deliverables.
• Communicate with target management and client personnel.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate managers and senior associates.
• Engage in business development activities and proposals.
• Receive formal training and pursue additional training resources.
