This position involves oversight of engineering teams and collaboration with sales and marketing to create innovative solutions for the Solar, PSU, and Automotive markets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in DC/DC products and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Conduct competitive analysis to develop new product definitions.
• Work closely with customers on system designs using products.
• Perform application support and training for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and development of products for Solar, PSU, Automotive markets.
• Oversee design & applications engineering teams.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing engineers.

Skills

10+ years of hands-on experience with DC/DC products

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

Familiar with different control methods

Design or defined power management IC

Education

MSEE degree or above

Tools

Simplis or similar simulation tool
