General Mills is seeking a Senior Manager, Syndicated Data & Analytics to own the North America syndicated data strategy within the OMNI data foundation. You will set standards, build a reporting roadmap, and craft diagnostic capabilities that enable a trusted view of company performance for enterprise decision‑making.

This enterprise role partners with Insights & Analytics, Data & Technology, and Finance to translate complex data into executive‑ready recommendations.

Competenze

• 9+ years in business performance analytics, syndicated market or category analytics, data strategy, or related roles.
• Deep expertise analyzing syndicated data sources (NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator) and enterprise reporting.
• Experience building data governance, common KPIs, and reporting standards.

Mansioni

• Own syndicated data strategy and governance; set vision for NAR syndicated data within OMNI data foundation.
• Define roadmap for next‑gen NAR omnichannel reporting; lead KPI alignment and reporting toolkit evolution.
• Lead objective diagnostics by combining syndicated data with internal signals to inform executive decisions.
