Job summary

SpaceXSI seeks a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the Supercompute SRE across multiple campuses. You will own compute uptime, drive repair velocity, and scale hardware reliability while aligning with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on monitoring, incident command, and automation to reduce outages and improve efficiency in a demanding, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive experience in large-scale operations.
• Proven leadership of technical teams across multiple sites.
• Deep knowledge of server hardware and data center tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE org to achieve 24/7 operational excellence across sites.
• Own uptime metrics, incident response, and RCA processes.
• Build out multi-site reliability teams for compute and facilities.
• Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to drive improvements.
