Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, business development or related roles within healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to develop analyses, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong business and financial acumen; evaluate market opportunities and investments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive progress across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to support long-term growth.
• Monitor healthcare and life sciences trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop strategic recommendations, financial analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to advance growth initiatives.
• Support incubation, piloting, and launch of new products, services, partnerships, and models.
• Build relationships across the enterprise and influence without direct authority.
• Drive multiple workstreams with high standards for quality and execution.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses and actionable insights.
