The Attainment Network is seeking a Marketing and Communications Senior Manager, Strategic Communications, to lead the development and execution of the organization’s communications strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape messaging, elevate thought leadership, translate education-to-workforce initiatives into compelling stories.

Qualifications

Experience in nonprofit, consulting, education, workforce development, philanthropy, or government settings is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred.

Work Environment & Benefits: This full-time, exempt position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration across the organization. Employees should expect periodic in-person meetings and occasional travel for conferences, convenings, partner engagement, and team activities.
