Job summary

The Attainment Network is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Communications to shape how we tell our story and elevate our partners' voices across Colorado and beyond. This leadership role blends strategy with hands-on execution, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to craft narrative, messaging, and thought leadership.

You will oversee storytelling, digital content, executive communications, media relations, presentations, reports, and multimedia.

SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

The Attainment Network is growing, and we're excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team! We're hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Communications to help shape how we tell the story of our work, elevate the voices and experiences of our partners, and strengthen The Attainment Network's visibility and impact across Colorado and beyond. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for an experienced communications professional who can move seamlessly from big-picture strategy to execution. Working closely with our CEO, leadership team, staff and partners, the Senior Manager will help shape our organizational narrative, positioning, messaging and thought leadership while translating complex education-to-workforce initiatives into clear, compelling stories. The role will lead communications across storytelling, digital content, executive communications, media relations, presentations, reports, multimedia and more - while strengthening the systems, tools and insights we use to understand what's working and deepen our engagement with partners, funders, policymakers, employers, educators, learners and earners.
