Job summary

Partnership for Public Service in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Manager, Storytelling and Campaigns to lead multi-state narrative change and public engagement initiatives. You will guide campaigns, oversee original storytelling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shift public opinion and mobilize action.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and experience building partnerships with content creators, journalists and stakeholders, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–9 years in social impact, democracy, or political space.
• Experience developing and implementing communications or narrative campaigns that move public opinion.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel campaign strategy to build public support.
• Drive transformative advocacy campaigns to educate the public and persuade action.
• Oversee storytelling and journalism content, including short- and long-form pieces and videos.
• Edit original content before publication and expand local journalism outreach.
