The Senior Manager, Stop Loss Underwriting will be responsible for leading a multi-site team of Manual Underwriters by managing daily inventory, rushes and preferred relationship expectations. The Manager will take an active role in driving a high performance culture by hiring, coaching and managing performance to ensure that the team has the skills and knowledge to succeed. The Manager will possess independent decision making on fundamental problems within specific rules by utilizing underwriting guidelines.
