You will be responsible for developing the teams and platform capabilities that enable secure, reliable, and reusable AI experiences across the enterprise. ## What You’ll Do* Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams responsible for critical Applied AI platform capabilities* Define and drive the technical strategy for foundational AI platforms, including shared services, orchestration, reusable skills, and agentic workflows* Partner closely with product, architecture, domain, and business leaders to translate complex business needs into scalable platform solutions* Oversee the design and delivery of secure, resilient, and extensible systems that support AI experiences across channels* Establish strong engineering standards across architecture, development, quality, observability, and operations* Build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration* Balance near-term execution with long-term platform vision and organizational scale## ## Qualifications* 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building distributed systems and platform capabilities at scale* 5+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams* Strong technical background in platform engineering, APIs, orchestration systems, and service-oriented architectures* Experience leading Applied AI, intelligent systems, conversational AI, or workflow automation initiatives in production environments* Proven ability to influence cross-functional strategy and drive execution across complex organizations* Excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and strong people leadership## ## Preferred Qualifications* Experience with large language model applications, agent frameworks, AI orchestration, evaluation, or governance* Experience building platforms that support customer-facing or internal assistant experiences* Track record of building reusable platforms that create leverage across multiple teams and product areas* Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineering talent**Annual Salary**$150,000.00 - $300,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
