Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the North East US Solutions Architecture team and drive revenue growth through customer-centric, technically excellent engagements.

You will mentor architects, collaborate with sales leadership to hit regional quotas, shape GTM strategy, and actively participate in sourcing top talent to sustain a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years of frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, retaining top talent)
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Reside in the Central US region

About the Role

Fivetran + dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts, and will partner closely with our sales and broader Americas revenue team.

What You’ll Do

$184,183 — $230,229 USD

OTE (On Target Earning)

$245,571 — $306,964 USD
