Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of systems and software engineers responsible for advanced flight display systems used on major Boeing platforms. You will guide the team through design, verification, and certification, while managing cost, schedule, and technical execution.

You will recruit and develop talent across levels, drive innovation, and communicate risks to leadership. This onsite role offers relocation potential and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading engineering or project teams with cost and schedule accountability.
• Experience in Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and grow engineering talent from entry-level to highly experienced engineers.

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team within the Boeing Platforms organization. In this role, you will guide systems and software engineers responsible for developing advanced flight display systems used on major Boeing platforms, including the 737MAX, 747, 757, 767, 777X, and 787. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
