Epsilon is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering in New York City to lead a team in building core capabilities for their privacy-first data collaboration platform.

Epsilon is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-impact team building core capabilities for Epsilon Clean Room, our privacy-first data collaboration platform. In this role, you will lead a team of 8-12 engineers and contractors, shape technical direction, partner closely with product and architecture leaders, and help deliver scalable solutions that enable secure, data-rich collaboration for enterprise clients. This role also includes helping shape the engineering foundations for agentic experiences such as intelligent workflow orchestration, AI-assisted user journeys, and automation patterns that improve how customers interact with the platform.

Compensation Range: USD $140,900.00 – USD $261,700.00 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
