Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the development of enterprise SaaS products and platform services. You will provide technical ownership, participate in architecture discussions, and guide engineering execution with Product, Architecture, and Executive leadership.

You will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and reliability, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with SaaS, distributed systems, or cloud-based services.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design for production systems.
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience supporting production systems, including incident response and reliability improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, SQL, or similar platforms


• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP


• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS products or platform services


• Experience leading technical initiatives involving scalability, performance, or platform modernization


• Experience mentoring senior engineers or technical leads


• Experience participating in security, reliability, or compliance initiatives


• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in engineering workflows
