What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Experience using TFS and leading Agile development teams.

  • Strong understanding of BigData and MPP application development with recent relevant work experience.

  • Detailed knowledge of product design, code optimization, and process optimization that improves performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, active listening, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build confidence and trust with internal teams and users.

  • Demonstrate an open, inquisitive approach to learning, apply new knowledge quickly, and continue growing technical and leadership capability as business needs evolve.

  • Lead through collaboration, mentoring, and clear communication, and work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams to resolve issues and move work forward.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving requirements, and a fast-paced delivery environment while staying focused on outcomes.

  • Generate practical, creative solutions to technical and operational challenges, especially in complex analytics and platform environments.
