Job summary

newcleo is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to support the company’s growth as it transitions toward a U.S.-listed public company. Reporting to the Head of Technical Accounting and Consolidation, this role leads SEC reporting activities and provides expertise across the Group.

The successful candidate will oversee complex transactions, ensure compliance with SEC requirements, IFRS, and US GAAP, and collaborate with finance teams, external auditors, and senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong SEC reporting experience and knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with complex financial disclosures and XBRL is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting activities including Forms 20-F, 6-K, and other regulatory filings.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on IFRS and US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams.
• Research regulatory changes and assess impact on financial statements.
• Improve reporting systems and controls.
