Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading vendor teams and outsourced development/support services.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to understand capabilities enabled by technology.
• Translate priorities into actionable tech initiatives and roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP ecosystem delivery (S4, EAM, FICO, SRM, GIS, OMS, SAP BTP/Fiori).
• Lead teams of developers and ensure QA with business stakeholders.
• Direct SDLC governance, agile and DevOps practices.
• Establish KPIs and delivery metrics tied to business impact.
