Job summary

Relativity Space seeks a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi to lead the development, design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to define architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and safety requirements, while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver on budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in aerospace or construction, with field engineering and project management.
• Experience with design docs, drawings, bids, contractor selection, and QA/QC.
• Experience in budgeting and scheduling for construction programs.
• Experience with architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design, construction, and operations.
• Knowledge of standard construction procedures and methods.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using NX, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Experience with permitting and coordination with local government.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, design, engineering, and construction of Terran R test infrastructure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and safety requirements.
• Manage construction documentation, RFPs, bidding/evaluations, and subcontractor oversight.
• On‑site construction management to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Travel up to 25% to support design, construction, testing, and operations.
